EatWell African Restaurant LLC is a family-owned kitchen in Silver Spring, MD, where the recipes come straight from home cooking that has been passed down for generations. We opened our doors to share the food we grew up on, prepared the traditional way, and seasoned the way it should be. When you walk in, we want you to feel like a guest at our table, not a customer waiting in line.

Our menu is built around the dishes people miss most. We make suya grilled with real spice, moi moi steamed in the old style, and pepper soup that clears your head on a cold day. There is fried rice and fried plantains for the table, isi ewu and goat pepper soup for those who want something rich, and lighter bites like puff puff, meat pie, and samosa when you just need a snack. If you like fish, our big fish and catfish pepper soup are worth the trip, and our okra and ogbono soups round out a proper meal.

Beyond a good breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the dining room, we also handle event catering for parties, celebrations, and work functions, and we offer venue rental when you need a place to host your own occasion. Whether you dine in, grab takeout, order delivery, or place an order online, the food leaves our kitchen the same way we would serve it to our own family.
